Refund policy
The sale of items from Rosary Army Depot (such as apparel, mugs, prints, and other merchandise) directly supports the mission of Rosary Army. As a result, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. Because we operate as a non-profit ministry, every sale helps fund our mission of making, praying, and giving away all-twine knotted Rosaries and encouraging others to do the same. With that in mind, please review our return policy carefully.
Returns & Exchanges
• Merchandise (Apparel, Mugs, Accessories, etc.): If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to replace it. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at email@rosaryarmy.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
• Rosary Requests: Because our all-twine knotted Rosaries are freely given (with shipping covered by the recipient), we do not accept returns or exchanges for free Rosary requests. If your Rosary arrives damaged, please let us know so we can assist. Please see our Frequently Asked Questions for other answers about receiving an all-twine knotted Rosary from Rosary Army.
• Final Sale Items: All purchases are final, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues or changes of mind.
How to Initiate a Return
If you have an issue with a product, please contact us at email@rosaryarmy.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. A photo, if applicable
We’ll review your request and determine the best course of action. Please note that shipping costs for returns may not be refundable.
